Sivakarthikeyan starrer ‘DON‘, which was released, has been receiving positive reviews since its first show. The film starring Sivakarthikeyan is said to have grossed Rs.13 crore on the first day after the 2018 action drama ‘Seema Raja’. The movie in the first three days of its release has been running steady and it has now crossed the box office collection of Rs 30 crore mark. ‘Don’ on day 1 reportedly earned Rs 13 crore, day 2 Rs 11 crore and on day 3 the film made a collection of Rs 9 crore.
The makers of Don’s film were not given overhype for the film and kept expectations to a minimum with perfect updates. This idea adds strength to the film because it makes it more enjoyable than expected. More and more fans are enjoying the film. The Saturday and Sunday collections of ‘DON’ are expected to be higher than the first day’s collections. Also bookings for the film have sold out in many places.
Don has been released over 600 theaters in Tamil Nadu, while the WW screen number of the film is around 900.
In Don, Sivakarthikeyan and Priyanka Mohan play the lead roles. Directed by debutant director in Cibi Chakravarthi. The film also features S.J. Suryah, Soori, Samuthirakani, Sivaangi and R.J. Vijay in crucial roles. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for the film.
