Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn and South Indian actor Kichha Sudeep have been embroiled in controversy over Hindi stuffing on Twitter.
Actor Kiccha Sudeep spoke about pan-Indian films at an event and said that “Hindi is no more a national language.” Runway 34 actor-director Ajay Devgn has reacted to the comment made by the Kannada star.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah had recently said that Hindi should be made as an official language. Opposition to his speech escalated and discussions on social media intensified. Composer A.R. Rahman also recorded his opinion against Hindi dumping. In addition, the painting of Tamizhannai published by him as Tamizhanange is the talk of India.
Speaking about the KGF film, actor Kichha Sudeep said, “They said that Pan India was shot in Kannada. I would like to make a small correction. Hindi is no longer the national language.”

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn said, “Hindi is our national language. If Hindi is not the national language in your opinion, why do you dub Kannada films and release them in Hindi?” Tweeted in Hindi.
Sudeep replied in English, “I understand the post you sent in Hindi. We all love and learn Hindi. No offense sir. But I wondered what the situation would be if my answer to your question was tweeted in Kannada. Aren’t we from India too?”
To which “You are my friend. Thanks for removing the misunderstanding. I always think of the film industry as one. We respect all languages and expect our language to be respected by all. There may be an error in the translation”said Ajay Devgn.
Responding to his tweet, Sudeep said, “Translation and explanations are angles sir. The reason for this is that the whole thing does not react without knowing it. I am not criticizing you Ajay Devgn sir. It would have been a happy moment if a tweet had come from you for a creative reason. Love and greetings.”
